Product Information<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"1262\">All products for sale are described as accurately as possible. Images are provided for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product. The products offered include materials for the cultivation and development of truffle grounds, mycorrhizal plants, equipment, and accessories.  <\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1264\" data-end=\"1267\">\n<h2 data-start=\"1269\" data-end=\"1281\">2. Orders<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1283\" data-end=\"1462\">Orders can be placed through the Site by following the purchase procedure. The contract is considered concluded when the user receives the order confirmation via email. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1537\"><strong data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1480\">Rotorscio 37<\/strong> reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1539\" data-end=\"1652\">\n<li data-start=\"1539\" data-end=\"1570\">\n<p data-start=\"1541\" data-end=\"1570\">product unavailability,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1571\" data-end=\"1605\">\n<p data-start=\"1573\" data-end=\"1605\">incomplete or untruthful data,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"1652\">\n<p data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1652\">abnormal or suspicious purchasing behavior.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1654\" data-end=\"1657\">\n<h2 data-start=\"1659\" data-end=\"1683\">3. Prices and Payments<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1685\" data-end=\"1852\">All prices are expressed in Euro (\u20ac) and <strong data-start=\"1728\" data-end=\"1747\">include VAT<\/strong> as applicable by law. Shipping and Delivery<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2138\" data-end=\"2336\">We ship throughout Italy and, upon request, also abroad. Delivery times vary based on product availability and destination, generally between <strong data-start=\"2306\" data-end=\"2335\">3 and 7 working days<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2338\" data-end=\"2455\">Rotorscio 37 is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or the responsibility of the courier.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2457\" data-end=\"2460\">\n<h2 data-start=\"2462\" data-end=\"2486\">5. Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2488\" data-end=\"2649\">Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206\/2005, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within <strong data-start=\"2576\" data-end=\"2589\">14 days<\/strong> of receiving the products, without obligation to provide a reason. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2651\" data-end=\"2782\">To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send a written communication via email to: <strong data-start=\"2750\" data-end=\"2771\">info@rotorscio37.it<\/strong> indicating:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2784\" data-end=\"2862\">\n<li data-start=\"2784\" data-end=\"2799\">\n<p data-start=\"2786\" data-end=\"2799\">Order number<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2800\" data-end=\"2824\">\n<p data-start=\"2802\" data-end=\"2824\">Products to be returned<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2825\" data-end=\"2862\">\n<p data-start=\"2827\" data-end=\"2862\">Bank details for the refund<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2864\" data-end=\"3073\">The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging and at the customer&#8217;s expense, to the address indicated by the seller.
