By using this Site and purchasing our products, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions.
1. Product Information
All products for sale are described as accurately as possible. Images are provided for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product. The products offered include materials for the cultivation and development of truffle grounds, mycorrhizal plants, equipment, and accessories.
2. Orders
Orders can be placed through the Site by following the purchase procedure. The contract is considered concluded when the user receives the order confirmation via email.
Rotorscio 37 reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of:

abnormal or suspicious purchasing behavior.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT as applicable by law. Shipping costs are indicated separately before order confirmation.

Payment is to be considered in advance and is a necessary condition for the shipment of products.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship throughout Italy and, upon request, also abroad. Delivery times vary based on product availability and destination, generally between 3 and 7 working days.
Rotorscio 37 is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or the responsibility of the courier.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without obligation to provide a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send a written communication via email to: info@rotorscio37.it indicating:

The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging and at the customer’s expense, to the address indicated by the seller. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal: live plants, perishable products, goods made to measure or personalized.
6. Guarantees and Complaints
All products are covered by a legal guarantee for lack of conformity, as provided for by articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.
In the event of a defective product, contact us within 2 months of discovering the defect, attaching photos and a description. We will provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
7. Liability
Rotorscio 37 is not responsible for direct or indirect damage resulting from improper use of the purchased products. The user is required to carefully read the technical instructions and use them in compliance with current agricultural regulations.
8. Processing of Personal Data
The processing of personal data takes place in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The sales contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of the consumer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction if resident in Italy, otherwise that of [Municipality of the company’s registered office].
